Vegetable Cuts :) I just wanna share it with you guys :)
This was the first thing I've learned in my Butchery Class this 3rd term SY 08-09...
This was fun. because I could practice my Knife Skills..
Of course you can't have perfect cuts all at once, you have to acquire those skills through constant practice :)
