The Hotel School

Vegetable Cuts

Vegetable Cuts :) I just wanna share it with you guys :)


This was the first thing I've learned in my Butchery Class this 3rd term SY 08-09...
This was fun. because I could practice my Knife Skills..
Of course you can't have perfect cuts all at once, you have to acquire those skills through constant practice :)

some things my mind can't get out of lately...

I felt like writing a blog again.. I know I'm not a good writer, but sometimes it's nice to put your emotions into words :)

So here it is, mixed emotions... That's what keeps me company these past few days. I don't know why I'm feeling this. Is there such thing as a Mid-Life crisis for teens? :D
You see, there's' this feeling that I can't explain, this feeling of longings.. Or maybe I'm just feeling this because valentines fast approaching?

I've read others' blogs, saying that they are single and would be lonely/alone this Valentines.. Really, there is nothing to it whether you have a boyfriend or not, someone giving you random notes, giving gifts(flowers,chocolates,stuffed toys etc)
But having company like your friends and family would also lessen the feeling of loneliness and being empty..

I just want to write.. Sometimes writing relaxes my mind and lays off from all the things rumbling in my head so there :)
